Liz Batten, Product Manager at Aeromark is taking part in a challenge is to swim 10 miles throughout the month of July.
All the money raised will go towards helping Breast Cancer Now achieving their vision of a world where by 2050, everyone diagnosed with breast cancer will live, and be supported to live well.
While 10 miles might not sound a huge distance, Liz is doing the whole 10 miles using only front crawl and she only completed swimming lessons last year.
Liz is completing the challenge by going to her local swimming pool at 6am to fit in her swim before work. To complete the challenge, Liz will do 644 lengths of the pool!
